Ultra AVI Converter is a tool to help you convert, split and join AVI files to AVI, MPEG, VCD, SVCD, DVD, WMV. It also enables you to joint some small AVI files to one in various format and you can split a large AVI file to some small pieces of films. It has a multi-tasks system which enables you to do different tasks at one time after performing a single click. You can change the framerate, size, etc. as you like.
