The Philips Intelligent Agent helps you by automatically notifying you when updates are available for your product. Can it be easier?

Does the Philips Intelligent Agent send any information to Philips?

No. The tool simply compares all the recognized Philips devices with an up to date list that is downloaded from the Philips server. No information is sent to Philips or any other company.

Is the tool English only?

No, the tool contains English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Dutch. Simply select your language during the installation or change afterwards in the "Options" menu.

Which operating systems are supported?

• Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition
• Microsoft Windows 4.0 NT (*)
• Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition
• Microsoft Windows 2000
• Microsoft Windows XP Home and Professional
• Microsoft Windows Vista

Note that in some cases, administrator priviliges are required. (*): USB devices are not supported by Windows NT and for Service Pack 6 only.

Do I have to register?

There is no need to register for using the Philips Intelligent Agent. However, when you register at Club Philips, we can provide you interesting offers from Philips, giving you even more fun using your Philips devices.
