XToker is a TOC editor. TOC files are used by CDRDAO and can be described as the equivalent of CUE files. By writing a TOC file you can combine different tracks to make your own CDs. The most obvious use is for writing your own audio CDs, and XToker supports many of the available options, so that you can add CD-TEXT tags and control a number of flags. It is simple - you add tracks and select or provide settings for each one.
