SanDisk Cruzer Titanium
This is the second drive by SanDisk I've had the pleasure to review and it's quite different then the Cruzer Profile I first reviewed. Both drives are the same class only a different type. This is the Cruzer Titanium and besides having a different name and not having the biometric security solution, it looks totally different also. It's available in two storage sizes, 1 GB and 2GB.

The case is made from LiquidMetal and looks very fancy. LiquidMetal is a metal alloy which makes metals behave similar to plastics; I'll go into that more later on. It holds a retractable USB connector, which extends with the button in the middle. That same button lights up with a blue light once you've connected the drive to your computer. Once extended the button locks or catches into place and you can push and retract the USB connector. Both sides are covered with a matt finish coating on top of the case, not quite unattractive.
Aside from the drive, there's a belt clip and lanyard included. The belt clip slides on over the top. Inside the package you'll find a paper version of the quick start guide, products assortment folder and a voucher for 1 month's worth of free voicemail at Skype. If you fold open the package you can read the details of the limited warranty, which lasts 5 years.
This drive also features the U3 platform, which makes it that much more useful to be mobile. U3 programs run on the flash drive itself and leave almost no trace on the operating system. Included software for this drive is Skype, Avast, SignupShield and Cruzersync. The last one was included with the Cruzer Profile and now it's also available in U3 flavor. When you plug in the drive for the first time, you will receive a grand launchpad tour. It's basically a flash driven presentation, which is slightly different from other U3 enabled drives because it isn't narrated.
