Registration
As you could see earlier, 1Click DVD copy pro only gives you 10 days and 3 copies to register.
You can access the register form by pressing the question mark in the upper right corner.
It gives you two options, to register online or offline.
The online option checks your registration ID over the internet and registers it, the offline option allows you to fill out a form, after which you get an activation key back to fill out and register the program.
The program also generates a unique user ID, which in combination with your registration ID is used to limit the amount of registrations of the program.
You can install the program 3 times after a format or cleanup, the fourth time you will have to ask support to help you.
This is done to prevent 1Click DVD Copy Pro from being installed on multiple computers.

CopyToDVD SE
You get a free copy of CopyToDVD, a special edition, once you have registered 1Click DVD Copy Pro.
The program is already available for download from the site, but won't become functional until you have registered DVD Copy.
This edition is a toned down version of the one the Zone got to review a while back here.
Support
LG Software has a reputation for delivering excellent support.
So as a test I decided to use the email support and asked them help on a genuine issue.
To my surprise the response came very quickly, within 30-40 minutes of emailing them.
It was very informative, but also very friendly.
Now my question was somewhat vague, so the answer was quite standard, by the book.
I wanted more, so I quickly replied and went a little more in depth.
Again this time, the reply came quickly and hit the target, again very friendly formulated, but more importantly also very patient.
Now I'm not in the business to annoy people, so Philippe, if you are reading this, you did very well, sorry for the inconvenience.
All joking aside, the site also hosts more support in the form of an extensive forum and a frequently asked questions, or FAQ, list.
I could have gotten my answer from there, but I wanted to test the email response too.
In the forum you can find a lot of answers and even ask a question or two, yourself and the FAQ covers the questions that are asked frequently.
If LG Software doesn't know the answer, there's always another user that might know it and that's also the strength of a good forum.
All in all, the support is better then I've seen at some other (major) companies.
For a program that has these quite powerful applications, delivering good support is icing on the cake, one that I like very much.
