Recording
CDR-Zone.COM recording tests where used to test the 8x DVD-R Media at the maximum recording speeds available with a selection of 5 pieces of the BenQ media taken from different sections of the spindle we received for reviewing on both the PIONEER DVR 108 and NEC3500AG.
" For anyone wondering why we have not included any 8x recording speed results in this review, it is our feeling that if this media is rated at 16x in both these drives by default and passes all our tests, then there is no reason why recording this media at 8x should show any ill efects either."
A total of 10 pieces of this media where recorded for this review and please note we are not just showing the best results. All results shown are the average out of the 5 tested media for each drive.
