With this tool you can blank-out TitleSets of a DVD. This can help to remove copyright messages, trailers and other ugly stuff. It can also help to shrink your DVD to DVD± size. The DVD generally plays, as if the TitleSet wouldn't exist.
TitleSet Blanker is released with no warranty and is freely usable/distributable.
Usage:
Open an INF-file in the DVD-directory on your harddisk.
Choose the TitleSets you want to shrink to (nearly) zero.
Click on the 'Blank TitleSets'-button.

VTS-Sectors are now also corrected, when just a TitleSet menu is blanked
VIDEO_TS.IFO shouldn't be destroyed anymore
VIDEO_TS.VOB shouldn't always be replaced
