The FilmMachine is a converter of AVI-files to DVD or (S)VCD without using all sort of single programs. It uses a wizard like program wich does the job very easily.
Features:
- Easy to use, wizard-like user friendly interface
- Simple AVI to (S)VCD & DVD conversion
- Full information about AVI-file
- Automatic splitting of the movie
- Automatic muxing of AVI-files
- Automatic bitrate calculation
- NTSC to PAL conversion
- Aspect ratio selection
- Audio downsampling and bitrate selection
- Permanent and selectable (only DVD) subtitles support
- Automatic merging of subtitle files
- Automatic chapter and menu (only DVD) creation
- Detailed logging
- A ready to use bin\cue CD image is created after conversion for (S)VCD
- Immediate burning of DVD when doing AVI to DVD conversion (Nero must be installed)
- Automatic program shutdown
- Tested on Windows XP and Windows 2000
The only program you need is Cinema Craft Encoder SP 2.50, 2.66, 2.67 or Canopus Procoder. All other programs are included.
Changes in current version:
- Replaced IfoEdit with DVDAuthor because of the extended possibilities and better control over the program
- Added latest version of BeSweet DLL (1.5b23)
- Added latest version of ImgTool Burn (1.1.3)
- Now using ImgTool Burn in commandline mode
- Added latest version of Avisynth (2.5.4)
- Fixed a bug with anamorphic encoding when choosing Avi --> DVD (does not work with Canopus Procoder)
- Implemented Avi file merging with VirtualDubMod (mux 2 or more Avi files together)
- Implemented EclCCE (1.8b) to run CCE (also trial versions)
- Now you can use versions 2.50, 2.66 and 2.67 of CCE and I also implemented Canopus Procoder (only 4:3 encoding)
- Implemented Subtitle merging (merge 2 or more subtitle files together, must be the same number of files as the Avi-files)
- Implemented selectable subtitles with DVD using SpuMux
