Sonic Solutions announced today at the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) that it is shipping Sonic Scenarist® 3, the latest version of its professional DVD authoring system for feature film and commercial DVD title production.
The latest version of Scenarist (version 3) enables the highest level of authoring efficiency and productivity by incorporating the latest DVD technologies that are designed to meet the rapidly expanding title production demands of high-end DVD creation facilities.
With more detailed authoring controls such as advanced copy and paste functions, a VTS Import/Export Manager and PlantDirect(TM) Tapeless Premastering, Scenarist 3 radically accelerates and streamlines the high-end authoring process.
Scenarist 3 is available through Sonic's distribution and reseller partners, with systems ranging in price from $4,999 to $35,000.
