Just a quick note to our readers to let you know that a few changes have been made to our review of the NEC ND 4550 DVD Writer released recently. An eagle eyed reader spotted a test result missing for the Sony 8x DVD+R media ( hangs head in shame ) that has been corrected.
I have also updated the DVD RAM page with a better description of the DVD RAM standard as well as its main advantages and disadvantages. Hopefully you will have abetter idea of just why you should or should not switch to a DVD RAM capable burner.
