"MedianSoft Joiner-Converter allows merging and/or splitting all AVI (including DivX), WMV, ASF, VOB, DAT, MPEG files and digital photos to one AVI, MPEG, DVD, or VCD file.
You can join whole files or selected parts, even if the files are in different formats. You can insert transitions (several types) between clips or segments. Also, you can create movies from photos, with transitions and voice/music backgrounds.
New features: cut/join video mode without recompression, for DV/AVI files
Minor bugs were fixed"
