Today news about an update to the Jet Audio Media player/convertor.The version of jetAudio becomes 5.1!!! jetAudio 5.1 boasts of new features including resume function for Video CD/DVD, improved screen display options, enhanced X-Surround for multi-channel (4 or 5.1 speakers) sound output, FLAC(Free Lossless Audio Codec) playback, etc. jetCast features improved playlist functions as well.

Annoucing upgrade release of jetAudio 5.1, 5.1 Plus and 5.1 Plus Upgrade jetAudio 5.1 is available now.

Bug fixes of Jet Audio:

Incorrect display of certain AVI file at the time of playback.
Crash at the time of playback in certain MP2 file.
Unable to play the last 2 seconds of last track of Audio CD.
Unable to start playing CD automatically.

New Features of Jet Audio:

Addition of Resume function for Video CD / DVD.
More screen display options (0.5x, 0.8x, 1.5x, 2x, current size).
Supports multimedia keyboard such as Microsoft Natural Keyboard. : User can control jetAudio through play/stop/ff/rew keys on keyboard.
Enhanced X-Surround for multi-channel (4 or 5.1 speaker) sound output.
Supports Karaoke MIDI (.kar) and synchronized lyric tag for MP3 files (Layer3 tag, ID3v2 tag).
Lyric Maker program : User can create synchronized lyrics for MP3 files with this simple lyric editor.
Addition of FLAC (Free Loseless Audio Codec) playback.

Bug Fix of jetCast:

Discontinuation of music at the time of crossfading.
Crash when WMA file stops its playback.
Unable to restore original configuration of MP3 encoder after the cancellation of the current selection.
