Changed: Improved handling of DRM protected WMA files in case there is no Internet connection.
Fixed: Action Window header would not be redrawn in some cases when switching pages.
Fixed: Tooltips that went up instead of down would only flash instead of staying visible.
Fixed: After hiding the panes, you couldn't drag the splitter bar to reshow them -- only click the show arrow.
Changed: Undid library saving hot-fix -- like old builds but shows wait message during long saves.
