VSO Software have released updated news concerning owners of the HP300n DVD Rewriter.

HP300n DVD writer owners who experienced problems with CopyToDVD and this unit should contact us (BY EMAIL only!) and please indicate your location, where you bought the drive, and your phone number. We will provide you with a direct contact at HP corresponding to your location. They will assist you recovering the drive.
