DVDStripper is a DVD content stripping tool, which uses DVDDecrypter to rip the files and Ifoedit to correct the IFO's.
DVDStripper is unlike other VOB editing software, being more advanced as it does the whole DVD stripping in one sitting and not individual VOB's as other software does which would take absolutely ages to do. It does the modification of the VOB's itself and uses no other program to do so.
Main Features:
Strip titlesets, titles, chapters, announcements, logo's, trailers, extras etc
Menu's with Movie Only or also keep a few selective extras too
Split DVD keeping original quality but also deciding what you want on each DVD (e.g. Episodic DVD's)
Remove one of the two movies on the DVD (e.g. Widescreen & Fullscreen DVD's))Maintains Multi-Angles for more complex DVD structures

a - Selection Menu, allowing you to select all, no or invert your current Item
selection with just two clicks or the press of a simple shortcut
a - Option to the Undo feature that enables you to keep your current
selections after Undo. Together with the selection menu this now makes disc
splitting a piece of cake. You also dont have to go through all files again if
you had messed up for some reason
a - Options Dialog to File Menu
a - Option to define the Preview Player, now you can keep your vobs associated with
any player you like while still using a different player for preview from
DVDStripper. If you are satisfied with your associated Player already
simply leave this option empty.
a - Option to automatically save paths instantly upon setting them, this avoids
loosing your path setup if DVDStripper end abnormally for any reason
a - Security check that all selected paths are unique
a - Security check that Destination and Backupfolder are empty prior processing
a - Security check that Temporary folder is empty prior ripping
a - Auto Undo on exit option which enables DVDStripper to check if files were
already processed. This will remind you to Undo to avoid loss of original
files and having to rerip again
a - Internal IfoEdit.INI handling (Original Ifoedit.INI is backed up & restored)
a - Counter Display to Items & Menu Items List, displaying the number of Items
a - DVDSource is now also remembered on program exit
c - Processing progress display to reflect sub processing progress aswell as
the total progress
c - Some of the processing code to hopefully fix the "out of memory error 7"
Bug that was reported by circuit
c - Most of the IFOEdit Remote Control Code, hopefully making it less frail to
user systems performance issues
c - The dialog used for Registering, now allowing you to copy info to clipboard
or directly send mail with standard mail client.
c - Caption of the '?' menu to Help
c - Post processing to make it more stable
f - '35600 list index out of bounds' bug that could occour if the Temporary
folder contained incomplete rips
There is a simple guide within the zip file and there will soon be more guides available but if you have any questions feel free to ask in the forum as most hints,tips and fixes will be posted there.
