Please uninstall any previous versions of DVD X Copy PLATINUM before installing version 3.1.
New fixes in version 3.1 include:
The persistent Read/write errors including the 99% read error should be better now
Blank disks not being recognized in burner should now be fixed
Non-playable disks after burning should not happen anymore.
Preview Feature should now show audio and video, without crashing.
In settings the drive being shown with ASCII characters should now be fixed.
Installing DVD X Copy PLATINUM:
Before installing any version of DVD X Copy PLATINUM, please remove earlier versions by following these steps:
Open Control Panel and double-click on Add/Remove Programs
Select DVD X Copy PLATINUM
Click Change/Remove
You may now start the install of DVD X Copy PLATINUM by double-clicking the installation file.
