DVDINFO by Nic Wilson is a freeware DVD information program written in Visual C++ for Windows 95, 98, 98SE, ME, NT, 2000, XP. (NOTE: Windows 95, 98, ME require Adaptec ASPI V4.60 or ASPI V4.7.1.2 or later)
The program gives various information & tools for DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW, burners or DVD-ROM players. It can also give limited information on CD players & burners. The program is fully skin-able and some skins are provided. Templates are also provided to make your own skins.

Unencrypted VOB, MPG, AVI (etc) player with sliding video window.
Optional program logging.
Expanded Drive Info section.
New “Read any Block’ advanced command.
New “Complete Media Code” option shows just the media code block.
Quick Erase & Fast Format supporting DVD-R/RW & DVD+R/RW.
Now compatible with Windows 95, 98, ME via ASPI.
ASPI not required for Windows NT, 2000 or XP.
Digital display graphics.
External USB, FIREWIRE drive support on Win2k and XP.
