DVD-Cloner is software that can copy your favorite DVD completely. In only half or one hour, you can burn your favorite DVD to DVD-RW with the same quality as the original DVD. It is not a VCD/SVCD format DVD.
The site claims some pretty low minimum system requirements, 450mhz PII and 64 meg of RAM. Oh, and a DVD burner. I guess they are runnning something other than XP while using this software which is possible as thother Windows versions are supported.
