DivXToDVD is designed to convert many types of popular DivX/XVid AVI files into a complient DVD Video_TS folder and allow direct recording to a DVD. We have tested this software and found it to encode many types of these files without the need for external codec installation.
DivXToDVD Version 0.1.2 changes :
Fixed conversion crash if source file was > 2 Gigs
Fixed NTSC frame rate to 29.97 Fps instead of 30 Fps
Added a combo to select the output video standard (automatic, force PAL or force NTSC)
Fix some loading crashes with some computers.
Support more sub-formats.
Also VSO software had this to add about the future of DivXToDVD:
