A new version of the CD Protection emulator, Daemon tools has been released bringing its version number to 3.46, and amongst other updates, includes support for Instant Copy images.
The changelog:
Fixed a small bug in virtual drive behavior with Spellforce
Fixed some problems with DVD-RAM devices on Windows NT/2000/XP
Fixed IAA (Intel Application Accelerator) issues on Windows 9x
Fixed some blacklists
Minor enhancements on Windows 9x
Fixed some image remounting issues
Added workaround for problems with Promise RAID drivers
Fixed "invalid image file" problem with Blindwrite 5 DVD images
Fixed ROXIO Driver issue
