Well probably you thought it is the new version of the software from Elby but sad enough it is not the version from Elby this company did steal the name from Elby, pitty but true.

Elby's response:

"This product has nothing to do with us and we think it is not very creative, taking the product name of someone else. They really show their incompetence. There is this big "Fair Use" Campaign in the US (321studios). Do we really need to explain what "Fair Business Behaviour" means and start a fight about that? We would appreciate that this company immediately changes the product name."

Our Conclusion:

Well it would have been better if they would have taken another name for their software, because many people will now be confused about what software they have or not have it depends how you look to it. If you want Elby's version you have to wait a little longer I am afraid.
