"Many thanks must go to the person who used our News Submit Feature to inform us of a new firmware flasher for the NEC 3500AG."Liggy (aka Torsten) the System Administrator of http://www.cdfreaks.com has been working lately on a firmware flasher for NEC and compatible DVD burners.
Now it's finally done and the first beta is ready for a public test. Herrie supplied the information needed to access the burner and Liggy did the actual coding (using the fPLSCSI library). Currently he has versions for Windows, Linux and Mac, but remember that only the Windows version has been tested! The flasher should support internal and external devices."
