BenQ plan release of 16x Lightscribe DVD Dual DL burner - the DW1625

We've missed the original press release, and most likely Digitimes have as well, but they let us know that on the 3rd of January, BenQ have announced the upcoming launch of a 16x DVD Dual DL burner equipped with LightScribe direct-disc labeling technology. The launch of this new model, the DW1625 will be somewhere at the end of next month. The DW1625 will be available to the international market in March, at a suggested retail price of US$119 / EUR€92.59
Model DW1625 features writing speeds of 16x for DVD+R, 8x for DVD-R, 4x for DVD+RW and DVD-RW, 2.4x for DVD+R DL, 40x for CD-R and 24x for CD-RW. It also offers read speeds of 16x for all DVD formats and 40x for CD discs.
