Ripping the DVD
Once you start DVD Decrypter will scan the DVD and give you the information
on the main page. It tells you the source drive which will stay the same until
you change it. It will not autodetect a DVD if you have more than one drive.
All the files on the DVD will be listed in the right hand side. They should
all be highlighted if you have the All Files option ticked
in the File Mode Settings. Just below the Source Drive it will
show the DVD information such as name, region and protections. Below this info
you will have the destination folder along with the size of the Hard Drive (20,890,304
KB) and it's available space (10,282,272 KB). In the bottom right you can see
the size of the DVD (7,889,228 KB) so there is enough room to rip this DVD.
If there isn't DVD Decrypter will warn you that there isn't enough space.
That's about it, so all you do now is click the green arrow and it will start
ripping the files. Once it's completed ripping the DVD you will hear the notification
sound. Now you can get to the fun part of customising your DVD with a program
like DVDRemake
to re-author and remove unwanted video. This enables you to get even better
compression results due to the space saved when using a compression program
like 1ClickDVD Copy
