File Mode
This is the more common setting used as it gives better access to the files on your Hard Drive after ripping. It makes things far easier if you want to use programs such as DVDRemake to modify the DVD before burning or shrinking with something like 1ClickDVD Copy. It's best to select All Files when using File Mode and leave the other settings at default. There is one setting to note and that is the Mutli Angle Processing. Using this will allow you to strip the angles from the DVD retaining only 1. This is for the complete DVD so it may be better to use DVDRemake to strip selective angles after ripping
The Removal Method contains 2 options, Normal and Aggressive.
Normal should be fine for most DVD's but some DVD's contain corrupt sectors with errors. This makes the DVD prone to failing when trying to back it up with
other software once ripped. If you come across this issues then you can try switching the setting to Aggressive so that the corrupt sectors are filled with dummy sectors. When problems arise with certain DVD's you will find that DVDDecrypter is normally updated rather quickly to overcome the issues
