I do not know if I am hitting wrong key, but after working on the project for a while i get a few copies of the same one.
I have latest version of Remake and it does not look like this was happening on previous version.
Any idea?

You probably hit the New Window button in the toolbar. It's a duplicate of the same project.

That is quite possible, because I use "Shift" to highlight all commands for deletion. May be I just touch "Window" button by accident.
Will be more careful.
