I'm appending one DVD to another, is there a way to hide the chapters that come up. I want the DVD to start playing immediately.

Thanks

By appending, what method are you using? Do you mean to hide the chapter menu? Is it from DVD1, DVD2, or do you mean the main menu? Your description is not quite clear, but you can make the DVD starts playing right away in DvdReMake Pro.

I open both DVD's and the go to dvd2 and copy the PCG (might be wrong term here) and the I append it to the PCG of dvd1. I then export the DVD and burn a single dvd. when I put the dvd in a player, the chapters from dvd1 come up and I have to hit start to play the dvd. I want to get rid of the chapters on dvd1 so that the dvd starts playing when I put it in to the player.

You can do it, but you will have to use VM commands to go from First Play to your Title. If you want to use some menus it will get little more complex, but may be, if you post a screen shot of your project and explain which way you want to go, it will be easier to help.

Before you send file check this post. I think it is similar to what you want to do.

Did you also try to just hide block with chapters you do not want?

Yes, that looks like it may work. I'll test it and let you know. I need it on the first disk but I assume the command is the same for disk 1 as it would be for disk2..

Thanks Lamar

I was not able to get back to the preview window where the don't use Menu's option is located. Can someone tell me how to get back there. I'm using the Pro version.

Don't know which preview window you're talking about. Maybe just restart the program would help.
