Color me stupid. I'm not even a DimadSoft newbie yet since I can't even download their pre-paid software.
Their site allowed me to purchase DvdReMake Pro via Paypal several days ago, but my account fails to list the product as Registered for download. The problem with DimaSoft's website is compounded by the lack of response to emails sent to support@dimadsoft.com.
After searching through forums I’ve gleamed that DimadSoft requires a designed computer ID and product pre-registering before enabling the initial download. Is this the proverbial chicken or egg situation or what?
Are others experiencing poor support by DimaSoft, as in a dying or dead company? |

Welcome to the forum, pcamigo.
We are quite alive. Your registration is processed (sorry for delay, sometimes PayPal servers are too busy and we do not get proper confirmation in time so automated registration fails - rare but unfortunately sometimes happens) and you can download your copy of the program from your DimadSoft.com account: http://www.dimadsoft.com/my_account.php
We usualy answer most emails within 12 hours, sometimes within 24 hours. In your case, our answer (this post) was after 19 hours. |

Thank You - I was in a hurry to get started.
Any way I just split a family DVD and patched several menus.
Nice stuff |
