I downloaded the latest DVDRemake Pro user manual and it runs but does not display information in the right hand window. It reports an internet error instead. Anyone else seen this? Suggestions?

I can't confirm this. On my W2k SP4 OS everything's working fine. @Dimadsoft team As a suggestion, could you please include the version number of the manual in your announcement? Say "New manual" => "DvdReMake Pro user manual 3.1.3 is released" instead of "DvdReMake Pro user manual is released". Cu Rippraff

The problem is NOT resolved on my side. I have some more information to help diagnose the problem I have. One thing that may be different is that I have a program called ZipGenius on my machine which links to zip files and Windows Explorer and allows me to zip and unzip files from within Windows Explorer in all kinds of neat ways. If I run the user manual from within the zip file it works OK, but if I unzip it to a location it then fails to run correctly. Zip Genius uses a temp directory and I found a copy of the file in this temp directory. If I run this file in the temp directory it also works just fine. If I try to move the file to a more convienient place it then fails. Suggestions? iturner

Looks like Zip Genius is not "genius" enough for this file. Try using the well known WinZip or WinRar to extract it.

Zip genius has unzipped thousands of files without a problem. Why is this file the only one that has a problem. Am I the only person with this problem? Anyway I have now I tried the windows unzip and got the same result..

Maybe the downloaded file is corrupt. Try redownloading again. So far, only you have problem extracting it. Again, try the aboved mentioned programs.
