This is my first post so hi to everyone. DRM is a wonderfull program for me so far, so thanx to all people involved. My problem is that when I press the button merge, whe merging from two DVDs (project1 y project2, they are different movies) I get this message: WARNING: Different VMG streams detected. This may have an undesired effect on the playback of the DVD. I press Ok and then it seems to do it ok, I export it and works fine both disks in powerDVD, but Iīm my home DVD player, it only works disk 1, in disk 2 it goes to the language selection menu, but no matter what button I press it doesnīt do anything. I hope I made myself clear, and my english was understandable (Iīm spanish). So I would apreciate some help, can I change something to make it work? Bye

Hi there. Welcome to the forums. This problem occurs when the corresponding DVD's have VMG's with different properties, e.g. when one uses a still menu without audio and the other one uses an animated menu with audio. Usually this results in one menu playing no audio although it contains valid audiostreams. As for your case i would suggest that you try to move one menu out of the VMG to a VTS. This should leave one DVD with a blank VMG. You could of course set the link to the main menu first, but it isn't guaranteed that this will play as desired.

When you say "it doesn't do anything", do you mean that it's stuck on the menu or that it doesn't select the right language? I don't think that this has anything to do with the warning message about the different streams. Can you zip the IFO's of the merged disc and post them?

First of all thanx to both of you. Xiopang I understood what you told, but I donīt know how to do it. Anyways, isnīt a little strange that it works perfectly on the power DVD? Rubicat, Iīm posting the IFO you asked me for, I hope it helps you to help me Very Happy (if you need the BUPs or any other file tell me). The first movie is Hollow (disk 1), which doesnīt have different language menus, it always starts going to the DVD principal menu (in spanish). The second (disk 2) is the bonus features from another film (the main movie has been hide), and it does have language selection before the main menu. And answering your question, when I press disk 1, everithing works well, it goes to the main movie menu. But when I press disk 2, it goes to the language selection menu (title menu) of the second movie, and then I cant get out of there, no matter what I press (english, spanish, dvdmenu....)

You should log on to your account at DimadSoft.com and download version 2.6.7, or better yet for a small fee you can upgrade to version 3. There is a small bug in the merge feature that was fixed in version 2.6.7.
