|

| I've had a problem with a few movies where I can load it into DVDRemake and export it without making any changes and then when I play it back in PowerDVD it plays fine but if I press stop in PowerDVD and then press play again then when the menu loads and I press the Play Now button to play the movie it stops and goes to the PowerDVD screen. If I shut PowerDVD completely down then it will play fine again the first time but no good the second time. This might not be that big of a problem because it might still play fine in my dvd player, I haven't tried it yet, but what it means is that DVDRemake isn't making an exact copy of the import dvd like you would expect it to do if you haven't made any changes. DVDRemake must be rebuilding some part of the navigation incorrectly for some reason. Has anybody else noticed this or have any suggestions? I've tried both DVDRemakePro 2.5.4 & 2.6.4 & the movies that this has happened with that I've found so far are: The Dark Crystal Darby O'Gill & The Little People & The Killing |

| Try the latest version 2.6.6 first and see if it happens again. What version of PowerDVD do you have? Mine is 6.0. Mine just starts at the beginning as if it was first loaded, after pressing Stop. Also in the Configuration, there are 3 options whether to resume playback. |

| Try WinDVD or Mark's Tray DVD Player, whereas the latter simulates like a dvd player, and has a Restart button. Maybe PowerDVD does not reset the registers properly internally. Also try to burn onto RW and see. If it works fine, then there's no problem with export. |
