| Hello, Was wondering if anyone heard of a program that will emulate a CDR (CDRW) on Windows XP. I basically need a program that will allow me to select a folder on my hard drive and make that into a virtual/emulated CDR that programs will recognize as a device. I know there are CD emulators that will copy a compressed image of a CD to your HD and make that look like a CD, but I need an empty folder and for it to be recognized as a burner. Thank you ahead of time |

| I've tried CloneCD and it will emulate a CD rom but only for the purpose of mounting an image file as a "CD". What I am looking for is something that will actually emulate a CDR(W) device on my PC so that burning appz (Roxio or Nero) will actually "see" this virtual CDR as a legitimate device in windows. |
