I like the concept of your software very much and would buy it if I could be successful with the trial version. Two separte problems: 1) building & playing on Win98SE, using about 10 photos of 1.5Mb *.jpg each, I add an audio track of about 3 1/2 minutes (*.mp3). The DVD processes for awhile, then terminates with a message "unable to allocate DIB handle." Processing the photos without the audio track is successful 2) on WinXP Pro, I process 67 photos of same size/type, 6 sec/photo, together w/ an audio track of two mp3s of about 4 and 3 minutes each. It produces a DVD, but my PC DVD player (WinDVD 4) gets about 2/3 of the way through playing it and then crashes. Without the audio, it plays the entire set of photos. Again - good idea. Just what I want, simple creation w/ "Ken Burns" zoom and pan and accompanying audio. I just can not get it to work. Feature request: ability to designate chapter points at specified photos, with the photo then appearing as a DVD menu entry. Together with a working product (for me), this would make it perfect. Thanks in advance

12 days later and not a ounce of help on my problem, even though I also sent an email directly to the support link. There's nothing worse than buggy, unsupported software - I will go elsewhere. Please, do us all a favor: take your links and products down and stop wasting everyone's time.

Hi zswman Welcome to the forums. Although I can understand you are angry at getting no response, I feel your reply is a little harsh especially as our forum rules do not allow for insults ( did u read the forum rules? ). your post is very close to being considered flaming. I'm sure the VSO team will work very hard to resolve your issue, to the extent of offering you their direct MSN contact!
