| Hello All I know this is not the right forum for my question but I don't know where else to ask,my question is are there limits to the size of file you can convert from Divx to DVD as I have a film in Divx format and I have used the new softwear from VSO and it will only convert up to 720MB. So can anybody help me out and I am sorry for posting this on this forum. |

| Just converted a larger file so does not seem to be a file size limit. |

I seem to have the same problem; only 200 mb converted here. Could this be a divx problem rather than a divxtodvd problem? |

| No problems converting HUGE files. So it is not related to DivXtoDVD |

I've been using DivxToDVD with great success for about a week now. But now it seems that many of the videos I convert have the ends chopped off. 1st problem one was a 1.36GB XVid. 2.353:1 aspect. 23.976FPS. Output aspect Auto and Standard to Force PAL 25 Fps. Output cuts out at about 70min (of 115 min). 2nd problem one was a 675MB Divx Div3. 1.739:1 aspect. 23.976FPS. Output aspect Auto and Standard to Force PAL 25 Fps. Output cuts out at about 30-40 min (of 117minutes). Humm. Common thing here, the input FPS. I'll do some tests and see if it always happens because the input frame rate is lower that the output frame rate. |

| There might be something actually wrong; I've noticed on many files that lenght of movie reported by DivXtoDVD is many times REALLY wrong. Like normal TV-episode, about 42 minutes. DivXtoDVD reports it being 2 hours. This might affect some long ones, if DivXtoDVD reads file as being SMALLER than what it actually is, is it just stopping conversion after that lenght has been achieved? |
