Question converting xvid to DVD...

I tried to use DivxToDVD to convert indian movie. In indian movies usually for about 0-30 seconds they will display the Censor board certificate and thanks message then the sound starts when I converted the AVI which was done using xvid/AC3 the sound is coming at 4th second instead of around 21 second how to fix this problem...

Remove that part of video that has no sound? Or append silence to that part? But are you using latest version of DivXtoDVD?
