Repro: Step 1: Decrypted the movie to HD Step 2: Imported into DRM Step 3: Removed some menu items and warnings. Step 4: Export this project Step 5: Viewed this project with IFOedit, selecting one of the two release! | No most probably it has nothing to do with 2.6.1 or 2.6.2 @Camino: could you please use this utility to extract nav-packs ( http://cdr-zone.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1025 ) from original and exported disks, zip them and mail to us (dvdremake at dimadsoft.com)? |

Thanks for files. Very interesting You should have access to DvdReMake Pro beta versions now (from "My account" page as well). Please check if 2.6.2.1 fixes the problem. |

OK, here's the status of project "Alien3" with DvdReMake Pro_2.6.2.1B_B - DRM still report a error on import and export. | Quote: | | Bugreport: Read DVD from:D:\DVD_Authoring\DVD.Original Read VMG D:\DVD_Authoring\DVD.Original\VTS_01_0.IFO Check: d_segments(i).firstSector == d_segments(i-1).lastSector + 1 - failed (line: 377 in file: VobData.cpp) Recovering C_ADT & VOBU_ADMAP tables. Saving project... Reading project... Export dvd... Warning! Incorrect forward VOBU search offset found. Warning! Incorrect forward VOBU search offset found. ... ... Warning! Incorrect forward VOBU search offset found. | - But, I've notice a improvement. It seems, it could be my imagination, that the scene's that are played belongs to that specific "PGC"; but... with some timegaps! Some cells aren't complete played. If you need the NAVpacks from this tryout, give me a sign and the will be send to you... Camino |

We will look into this, but it may take some time as it will require significant changes to the way DRM handles seamless branching disks. | Quote: | | Some cells aren't complete played. | Are you sure? |

Yes, the situation could be best explain as follows... These timegaps I mention aren't short pauses, I'am having a seamless play situation. These problem cells aren't completley played from begin to end, you could compared it with when you cut a piece out of it! The player I'am using for this test is IFOedit. It shows nicelly which chapter/cell block are being played. I did the next test: - The movie has two PGC, one for each movie release... PGC2 is that specific problem chain. - So I did hide in this experiment, PGC1. - Exported this project - Played with IFOedit - All plays perfectly; no missing video parts! I gets stranger by the minute... Camino |
