Having problems with my pioneer 105 burning data with nero. Having lost my sony cdr due to probs, I Have to now burn my dvd and cdr with the pioneer 105 This works ok with dvd data but when i try and burn a data disk, using a cdr the burning seems to complete ok but there is nothing on the disk when checked, It also looks as though the lead in is not being burnt, I can burn an audio disk on cdr but not data, can anyone help please is there any settings i need to be aware of on nero when using my pioneer 105 to burn a cdr data disk, Thanks for your help microbar.  |

| Hi microbar and welcome to our forum. Do you know what version of nero you are using and what the firmware version of your 105 is? |

| Thanks for the welcome SirQUK and also for your reply, Here is the details you asked for NERO VERSION 6.3.0.0 PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-105 firmware version 1.00 This is set as master on its own ide channel O/S WINDOWS XP PRO Thanks for your help microbar, |

| If you use the Nero SmartStart, make sure you change the top right drop down selection to CD and not DVD. May have an impact. |
