Hi, Sorry if this question is old/often asked, but I'm new to the forum/program. I've been using ifoedit which is free for quite some time, but recently at a yardsale of all places, i found a diskette with Dvd Remake Pro 2.2.0 on it. I've been giving it a whirl, and it seems to have an issue that I was wondering if you all could help me with. When I "export" the dvd, or even test export it, all of the pre and post commands are erased completely. Is this a known problem? Am I just doing something wrong? Is there perhaps a patch out there? Thanks in advance for any help Mr. Zebra |

Hi and welcome to the forums it's a well known problem as that version you have is warez but you probably didn't realise this I suggest that you seek a refund (though I doubt you could) as the version you have is crippled. If you get the refund (by going back and giving the Guy a smack for selling you non working warez), buy DVDremake through the offical sources (:cough:10% off link in my sig :cough:). How much did you pay for it anyway? there is no patch to fix warez I'm sorry apart from buying it officially but if you buy DRM then it will work plus you will be supporting it's development instead of killing it using crippled warez imagine if everyone used this 2.2.0. version, we wouldn't have version 2.4.3 now would we as were would the motivation come from to spend endless hours developing software come from? imagine it the other way round and support the LittleGuysware insteading of cheating it I'm not flaming you in any way Mr. Zebra, far from it, I'm just voicing this to everyone who is using that version you have that's all. You are not the first to post this issue here and nor shall you be the last, so don't take it personally |

Ahhhhhhh I see now why it doesn't work properly lol. Doubt I could get a refund, as It was at a yard sale and I don't even remember the address lol. No big deal though, only spent a buck on it. The guy selling it sure did hawk it as being "the best" for dvd authoring/editing. I wonder if the guy sold this to anyone else too, man If I could only find the newspaper that had the ad in it, I'd go back there and smack him something good! lol. Well thanks for the quick response/information. Guess It'll be a while till I enter the world of Dvd Remake then, don't have the 35 bucks to waste at the moment. But will definitly keep this item in my list of future product buys. thanks again for the quick info. Zebra |
