INCD 4.3.05 conflicting with Vet Antivirus

I have just build a new computer system and find that as soon as I place a CD into the burner the system lock's up, if I press Clt, Alt & Del I see that Explorer has stopped responding. If I end task then Explorer shuts down and restarts but I loss several icons from the bottom right of the screen by the clock.
