Is it possible to merge 3 VobIDs in one PGC to just 1 VobID without changing the cell count? I would like to take my vob file that has just 1 VobID, 1 cell, and 1 chapter and then apply to it a menu designed for a similar sized VOB that has 53 cells, 33 chapters and 3 VobIDs. Thank you.

It is quite probable that answer below has nothing to do with what was "intended to ask" as we don't understand what is the question. Anyway, size of the VOB does not matter here. PGC describes how "pieces" should be played. If you have a PGC (disk with menu) for 53 "pieces" you can't simply put one piece in and reuse old disk (navigation, chapters, etc). You will need to split your VOB into 53 pieces (it is you who should decide where it should be split) and replce them one by one. Or if your goal is to have same three chapters - cut it in 3 parts. But you will have to create a new PGC for it and change navigation.

Hi and welcome to the forums Smile I take it you are trying to replace the VOB's into an original DVD. If the video is the same length and aspect then it's probably easier demuxing the VOB into a video.m2v file using Vobedit. You can then use Ifoedit to remux it back into the original structure Smile what are the VOB's you have and where did they come from? Did they originally come from the same DVD you are trying to put them back into? to do it all within DRM would take a lot of time and effort as you would have to use the crop feature to create your 53 cells. After that you would have to replace each one individually also you can do it though with other tools as you can insert chapters etc but it's probably easier starting again or remuxing the video into the original Smile
