|
|
| I'm about to release a demo, and are considering alternatives to expensive cd-duplication factories. Since I am not looking at large quantities, it would be a lot cheaper to just burn the cd´s myself on CDRs. Now here's my problem: Different stereos seem to have difficulties in reading CDRs. ALL normal music CDs are read fine, but when it comes to CDRs, some refuse to play them, or it takes forever between the point where the cd is loaded, til it's booted up and ready to play. What is the best way to make CDRs playable on as many different systems as possible? Any input is welcome! Thanks!!! |

| Hi Propaganda and welcome to the forum. We wish you luck with your venture. My personal favourite way for perfect quality is to use A grade media and has Roadworker quite rightly points out, avoid blue dyes unless you want complaints with car stereos. I burn all my audio at 24x max on my trusty Plextor without problems for a long time now but the new 108 from pioneer has done a good job during my tests if you are looking for a newer writer. |
