| I have a new Sony mini DVD camcorder. I took 4 mini dvds during Christmas on DVD-RW discs. All 4 have been finalized. When trying to do an import I was able to get one of them in but after that the other discs would give me an error with the following in the log. I searched and found other people with the same issue but no resolution. I'm using the newest demo version. Attempt import from VIDEO_TS subdirectory... Read DVD from: F:\\VIDEO_TS Read VMG Cell #1 uses vobus (vobID=2, cellID=1) not pressent in vob file. Substituting blank cell instead. | Welcome to the forum, str1der. Are you importing from hard drive or DVD drive? DvdReMake works best from hard drive. You can use FixVTS on the problem disk. Drag and drop the VTS_01_1.VOB, with all options checked, and hit the "Full DVD" button. Then try to import into DvdReMake again. |

| So are you saying I should copy the entire video folder from the DVD to my hard drive before importing? |

I have just bought and downloaded dvdremake pro and have tried to import a dvd but get the following message in a pop up:
'There were problems performing the operation. Please examine the log for details'.
I ripped the dvd to hard drive first and have tried the FixVTS suggested above but it makes no difference.
There is also no Log to examine after I have clicked ok on the pop up error message.
Please Help
Thanks |

Hover the mouse to the right on the hidden Log tab to see the log.
What ripper do you use to rip? This is most likely a ripper problem. Make you sure have the latest version. DvdReMake only recognizes only compliant-ripped DVD but will try to fix it only if possible. |
