Within a PGC I can split a program in 2 cells but how can join 2 cells in a single program ?

If you just split a program into 2 cells, you undo the action. If it's already splitted and you're in a new project (no undo history) then you can't join them back into one cell.

A program can consist of one or more cells. It is OK if there are many cells in it as they will play seamlessly.
