ConvertXtoDVD not converting to new aspect flawlessly.

Hi all!

I have a DVD video which someone burnt to media in what looks like the 4:3 aspect when played in my DVD Player.

I wanted to make a copy of this, but in the 16:9 widescreen aspect.

I managed to do this successfully, using ConvertXtoDVD.

But now the trouble is that it plays with frequent breakups of the picture.

Does anyone know of a good aspect-converter that doesn't cause the video image to become corrupted?
