I'm making some backups of my disks so I figure I would try Blindwrite v 6.3.1.0.
I'm trying to backup a disk with a data track and some audio tracks. Except that I get this message:
Extraction failed
Extraction is impossible. Can't find an appropriate method.
Can't find a method to read a CD AUDIO track.
Are you kidding me? I thought this sort of thing had been figured out years ago. I can't adjust any options because Blindwrite seems to have disabled
every option choice except for language.
Seriously, if this lame program can't even read a mixed data/audio CD, I want my money back! |

Did you already contact VSO support about this issue??? Normally that is the best thing to do first. Maybe something went wrong with the registration or something like it.
What I have been used too is that they are very fast with their support.
http://www.vso-software.fr/contactform.php this is the way to contact them! |
