No Sound on avi file after conversion

I use ConvertXtoDVD, I just recently upgraded to version 3.0.0.9, and I always use this program to convert my avis. I came across a .avi that plays perfectly on my pc, but after I convert it and put it in my dvd player, it plays the sound for the introduction, but when the movie starts playing, there isnt any sound, here's the log:

That's a VERY old version of CX3. Upgrade to v3.2.1.55 and try again

Hi,

I can't see nothing wrong in your logs.

If you say there's no sound, I know in the past the volume was REAL LOW.

Either try to raise the volume on your TV / Sound System

and / or use some boosting in the Audio Settings.

I use a Soft boost (45%) and it helps raising the volume a little on the ones with low volume.
