|
|
I have an mkv file - 7.94 Gb (video bitrate 9493 kbps avg)
I am using convertxtodvd 3 to convert this into a dvd.
Under "encoding," I specified dvd9 (8100MB)
During the conversion process, I noticed the avg video bitrate to be around 2700 kbps.
After 3 hours, the video_ts folder that is generated is only 3.3 Gb (not even half the size of the mkv file).
Would appreciate it if anyone can suggest how I can get a DVD conversion that has a higher video bitrate and one that fits a DVD9?
Thanks for your help and suggestions. |

Without seeing the Full log of the specific conversion so is it hard 2 say anything about why u get a such a small output. Sounds to me that u have set the encoding quality to 'Medium' though.
So post the conversion log so will we see whats going on with the specific conversion.

Hello Netranger
Thanks for your feedback. Yes, changing the encoding quality from "medium" to "high" solved the problem. |
