Well I've been a proud user of this product for a few years already.. NEVER gave me any troubles... till recently...

After I recieved the newer version, everytime during conversion it automatically shuts down my computer... at first I thought it was a flujke... but now it's everytime..

I'm running, Windows Vista 64X

With 4gb ram... I got all the correct codecs... and posting a log will do no good as I never get that far anymore.... pleaaaassssseee someone help me with this problem! I think this happened when I installed the brand new yahoo messenger.... I already uninstalled it, and we'll see where that takes us.. and no it never shuts down by itself... only recently does it do this cruel trick...!

Hi,

A PC rebooting/turning off on it's own, is mostly caused by the CPU getting too hot.

Try again with the case open and/or blow some cool air with a fan on the motherboard, and try again !

Thank you for your concern but why is it heating up? Because of the program? Ok... but how do I fix the heating up? Clean out my fans? put in a new copy of my OS? because it never used to do that before!

Why not try "uninstalling" the newer version and return to the older one.
Try it then...just a thought
