I have an HP Notebook ZE2000 with CD/DVD Burner (HL-DT-ST DVD-RW GCA-4080N). CD's read and play ok but will not read DVD's anymore. It doesn't look like the DVD Rom is moving/turning when I insert a DVD like it does with a CD. I've tried deleting the device in the device manager and reinstalling. Tried to update the driver but says that it could not find a better match than the drivers already installed. Device Manager shows that the device is working properly, no errors whatsover. Is there something else I can do to get it to work?  |
