I've been trying to achieve this without success. My title is a single TV episode (no menus) with 11 chapters. I have split several cells and created new programs. I have inserted chapters to point to those programs. All this works fine, however I want to change to the following -
from current play order - Ch1,2,3,4,5,6....
Wanted play order - Ch1,3,2,4,5,6,7...
In the VTS view, I've re-arranged the order of the cells using the "move right/left" function - still no joy. I've read a lot of posts here, read the help file and still no luck. I did find a selection of sequential/random/shuffle play, but I'm not sure if this has bearing.
What am I doing wrong? Thx muchly |

| You're just rearranging the V/CID order at the VTS view. To physically change the order, go to the Programs pane and add a block for temporary storage. Substitute this block with block 2. Then substitute block 2 with block 3. Then substitute block 3 with block 2. Then delete the temporary block, which should be the last block. |

Thx for the help. After my post I found out I could use the "replace block" function once I had exported the DVD with the modded cell splits. While it worked, I thought the chapter change (At the VTS view) would have done the trick (noob thinking ). I tried the way you presented, except that I didn't create the temp block - so it didn't function as I thought. I'll have another go using a temp block. Again, thx for the help - much appreciated. |

| Order of blocks is the same as shown in "Domain preview" pane. It is possible to "physically" move blocks on disk by changing their order in "Domain preview" pane via context menu. |
